ColorBlind Studios started up in my garage in the early 90's as just a
drum instruction place. I knew that having a facility would bring much
more then just drum lessons. I always dreamed of a place that all
musicians of all walks of life could come together to practice, take
lessons, record and rehearse their bands and have special events, all
under one roof. Finally after driving around Concord for 10 years I
found the perfect place, a block away from Guitar Center and started
Colorblind Studios, November 15th 2003.
The business has been going strong ever since. Colorblind Studios
opened up at 1,700 sq. feet just enough to get started on a small level,
after one year we were at 2,500 sq. feet and as of 2006 we have just
expanded to 3,000 sq. feet and are first in line to obtain 24,000 sq. feet.
As of now we offer six rehearsal studios which are instruction rooms
and recording rooms. A comfortable lobby and lounge and a kitchen for
all clients at colorblind. From day one I always wanted a juice bar café,
a 3,000 sq. feet performing center and 5,000 sq. feet 24/7 band rooms /
artist loft And guess what? Its all on the way..
My mission is to keep a clean and safe environment for all musicians. My mission is to develop beginners and intermediate players into soulful educated professional musicians that can read, write and record their own music at any level.
All of us at Colorblind Studios are dedicated to making your dreams come true.
Music Always, Randy Gallerin
